What to expect at your first sound bath

  1. Arrive early. Come about 10 minutes before start time to settle in and choose your spot.
  2. Get comfortable. We provide mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows. Wear soft layers.
  3. Rest and listen. The facilitator plays singing bowls, gongs and chimes while you lie back. There's nothing to do and no way to get it wrong.
