Mixed Flow Yoga
A Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga style class that challenges both, beginners and advanced students alike, with a thoughtful arrangement of poses.
Breathwork Flow
During this session, we will do some basic movements to stretch and release anxious energy, set an intention, and move into breathing techniques that will allow you to make space for a feeling of greater peace within.
Nicole will guide you through techniques that activate the breath to remove blockages, releasing tension and stress. We will gradually move into beautiful calming breaths, and meditation, then end our session with a healing intention.
Beginner’s Flow
Level: Beginner
Students will flow between postures using breath to link movement as they strengthen their foundations & cultivate inner stillness, increase stamina & flexibility, reduce stress, & quiet your mind. Open to all levels, this flow is designed to meet you wherever you may be with your yoga practice, offering modifications so that those brand new to yoga will feel equally as comfortable as those with more experience.

Improve your balance, mobility, flexibility and overall wellness in this 60-min Pilates mat class. This series of exercises is designed to help you focus on your core, breathwork and the mind-body connection to movement.
Restorative Yoga
Level: All levels
This gentle class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Practice is a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing allowing the body and mind to enter a state of conscious relaxation, melting away stress and tension. Suitable for beginners and practitioners of all levels.
Mat Pilates

Yin Zen Meditation

Start your week off with this guided meditation that we pair with a few passive ground poses. Each pose is paired with an affirmation and supported enough to hold for a deeper stretch. Our yin zen will be guided for 30 minutes, with an option to stay after to journal.

Level: Intermediate
Vinyasa flow is a natural flow of breath to movement. Full-body relaxation and balance is the goal as we make a playful full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds and hip openers.

Breathwork is an active meditation that helps to reset the nervous system, access a deeper connection to self, find courage in your sense of feeling and liberate you from all that is holding you back. During this experience, you will be guided through a grounding meditation and conscious breathing practice. You will use the breath to anchor into safety, hold steady at your center and connect with your inner wisdom.
Sunrise Restore
Level: All Levels
Rise and shine gently with this restorative yoga class. 60 minutes of supported poses held for enough time to sink deeper in a relaxing stretch. A passive and meditative way to focus on breath and waken for the day.
Mindful Meditation
