Holiday Sound Bath & Coloring is a 90-minute holiday sound bath and art coloring evening at Very Well KC in downtown Overland Park. Choose from a selection of art coloring pages and sip a festive mocktail while live singing bowls, gongs, and chimes play all around you. No art skills needed. Just pick your colors and let your mind go quiet. We’ll close with a short rest as the sound carries you into stillness, and you’ll take your finished page home as a reminder to breathe this season.

Art coloring pages, colored pencils and markers
A holiday mocktail (alcohol-free)
90 minutes of live sound: crystal bowls, gongs and chimes
A guided closing rest
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes
Mat and blanket provided, or you are welcome to bring your own throw blanket and pillow.

Led by Joann Schermerhorn, ISTA Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner and Sound Medicine Academy 200-hour facilitator, who leads the Wednesday sound bath at Very Well KC.

Do I need any art experience? No. Coloring pages are pre-drawn, so you just choose your colors.
Do I have to lie down? You have a choice to color seated at tables, on our living room furniture, or lying on a yoga mat. The closing rest can be seated or lying down.
What’s in the mocktail? Let us know about allergies when you book.
Is this good for first-timers? Yes. No sound bath experience needed.
