Shannon is a devoted Mental Health Coach who passionately advocates for the emotional and cognitive well-being of youth within her community. She specializes in addressing the complex concerns of youth, adolescents, and young adults to empower them to positively navigate societal stress. Shannon helps her clients increase educational achievement and emotional intelligence, build healthy relationships and social skills, develop self-confidence, learn conflict resolution techniques, and gain appropriate skills to cope with grief. With over a decade of experience in educational environments, a master's degree in school counseling, and a bachelor's degree in health and wellness, Shannon understands that mental health matters at every age. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in coaching clients to identify, express, and regulate their emotions effectively.
