Yin Zen Meditation

Level: All Levels

This practice begins with pranayama work and a gentle guided meditation. Followed by 3-4 passive yin poses with longer holds and affirmations or mantras to go along with. After are extra comfy and supported shavasana we will have time to reflect or journal about our experience. Bring a pen and an open heart!
