This beginners yoga class is focused on empowering teens to find their inner strength through the physical practice of yoga and meditation in a safe and welcoming environment. They will develop the tools to self- regulate emotions, build self esteem, and concentration through deep breathing, movement, relaxation & meditation. Throughout the practice, teens are taught to energize their bodies and calm their minds allowing them to receive the benefits of Yoga. No previous yoga experience is required!
